This curriculum reflects the work of many English/Language Arts and Reading teachers in North Kingstown at both the middle school and high school levels. Special thanks are extended to Audrey Friedman, 1999-2000 English/Language Arts Curriculum Coordinator; Linda Hoopis, 1999-2000 High School English Department Chairperson; and Kathleen Mort, 1998-1999 English/Language Arts Curriculum Coordinator. Their professionalism, dedication, and leadership has moved this work forward and has resulted in a coordinated curriculum which will enhance instruction and provide a clear and logical course of study for all students.
