Listserv^® mailers are a great tool for distribution of information through email. We have established Listserv^®mailers for each school that parents are encouraged to subscribe to in order to receive important school
news, announcements and other school related information. As a Listserv^® mailer subscriber, you can
be sure your email address will be kept safe and that you will never receive unsolicited email (SPAM)
and you are free to unsubscribe at any time.

Signing up for the Listserv^® mailers is as easy as sending an email. Here's how:

1. Start a new email to: listserv@listserv.ri.net (Leave subject and signature line blank.)
2. In the body of the email, please enter the following (Note the case is important)

SUB LISTNAME YOUR NAME - This joins you to the list
SIGNOFF LISTNAME - This removes you from the list

Where LISTNAME is:

DMS-L
FCES-L
FPES-L
SLES-L
HES-LIST
NKHS-L
QES-L
NKWMSLIST

Where YOUR NAME is in the format of:

FIRST LAST (Note: Space between first and Last)

3. So, to sign up for the Davisville Middle School Listserv^®, and your name is John Smith, you would send
an email to:

listserv@listserv.ri.net

and the body of the email would contain only:

SUB DMS-L JOHN SMITH
