Ms. Jane Kondon, principal of Davisville Middle School, has been named " Rhode Island Middle School Principal of the Year". She has been named this because she has led DMS for the past 18 years to become one os the most successful schools in the state. DMS is the only middle school in the state to be a Regents' Commended School. DMS earned this special recognition because of its record of high achievement and improvement on the state assessments in math, reading, and writing. Ms. Kondon is a wonderful example of the school motto, "be the best you can be". She always tries her best and is a model for the students and staff at the school. The entire school community is very proud of Ms. Kondon and very happy to have her as our principal. Congratulations from everyone at DMS!
