participates in group tasks and individual assignments; willingly assumes
various roles including a leadership role when needed; contributes insightful
and practical ideas; actively listens and helps the group in determining its
course and direction; contributes in improving group effort and task
completion; independently directs and completes individual projects. |

The student takes part in group or individual tasks; assumes various
roles as needed or assigned; contributes useful ideas; actively listens and
helps the group achieve its goal. The
student does his/her share of group work; does the required work for an
individual project, and usually works without prompting. |

are assigned; does an adequate amount of group and individual work, and often
requires prompting. |
