using appropriate thinking skills; describes, distinguishes and evaluates
alternative conclusions/solutions; presents well-organized evidence in
support of the selected conclusion/solution; identifies strengths and
weaknesses of the processes utilized and what might have been done
differently to improve the process for the next time. |

issues/variables; gathers and organizes information from various
sources/methods in support of a conclusion/solution; identifies steps to improve
the process; evaluates alternate conclusions/solutions. |
