Sport Camp Refund Policy


The sports camp refund policy is to ensure that athletes are afforded them same opportunity to reserve a spot a camp.

1. A minimum down payment of $100, (per camp) is required to reserve your spot. Campers with multiple participation are entitled to a pro-rated down payment. Please Contact Aaron Thomas at 268-6265 with questions. 

2. Once your down payment is received you may 

-- Cancel up to one month before the start of camp and receive a 100 % Refund. (Ex. May 23)
---No refunds within a month of the start of camp. (Ex  Soccer May 24.)  

3. NEW this summer your spot will not be reserved without a down payment prior to the start. 

4. Every attempt will be made to work cooperatively with families to set up a reasonable payment plan.  

5. In unusual cases parents may appeal a refund with corresponding data.

   Ex.  Injury (Broken Arm)
