1. Creating a informal layout, using angled shapes and photographs. To angle shapes and photographs first place your image and or shape.

2. After you have placed your image you can rotate 2 ways, 1 after you have placed the image select the circular arrow and you will notice a star like icon. Place this over any corner of you shape, click and drag. The other way is to use the control palette, to do this place the image or shape the same as before. Instead of using the circular arrow, select the small box in the ctrl palette with the 8 small boxes around the larger box, then from the far right side of the control palette select the option on the top (it has a circular arrow next to it) this option allows you to precisely change the angle of your object.

3.To change the angle of your selection this is done by selecting from the control palette the option below the rotating option. Using this option you may move the object in 10ths of a point or highlight it and type in the number of your choice.

4. Remember objects can be combined placed in front or  behind each other.
