This year you will
learn to develop and refine touch keyboarding skills.
Goals
|

- Identify and
operate equipment, including startup and exit procedures on computer
and the network.
- Demonstrate correct
position while using a keyboard--Technique.
- Key the alphabetic
keys using touch-typing. Students will improve skill development and
learn to key numbers properly based upon ability.
- Build accuracy
and speed using one-minute timings.
- Demonstrate accurate
spacing after punctuation marks.
- Use of proofreaders
marks to correct errors.

a daily grade for technique. Students will also receive a percentage
for each lesson finished out of 21 lessons.
