North Kingstown Athletic Registration
NOTE: we are now using FusionPoint Sports Athletic Registration. All users will need to make a new account.
To be eligible to participate student athletes must:
Be registered through the online registration portal
Have a current (within 15 months of season start date) physical uploaded into the registration portal
Have turned in a RIIL assumption of Risk Form (1x time in HS career). Incoming freshman students must upload this form into the registration portal.
Be academically eligible to participate (see below)
If you do not register on time, you cannot start practice on the first day of tryouts. You will have to sit out until all of your paperwork is in and you are cleared to participate by the athletic department. If you miss any practices/tryouts, you will be behind in the mandatory RIIL preseason protocols and may not be eligible to play in the first scrimmage.
GRADE ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility of students to participate in interscholastic activities will be reviewed subject to the following marking periods: first quarter, second quarter, third quarter, final grade, and summer school. It is established that eligibility may begin or end, upon the circumstances, on the day report cards are issued or mailed.
Academic Requirements : Students who fail (2) two courses at the conclusion of the grading period may participate in practices but NOT competitions. If a student fails 3 (three) or more courses in a marking period they will be ineligible for practices and competitions until the next marking period. All incompletes are considered failures after a period of one week from the report card.
(UPLOAD) YOUR PHYSICAL (REQUIRED):
Physicals are valid for 15 months. If your physical expires during the season, you will need a new one uploaded to the system before the end of the 15th month.
Physicals are required to be uploaded . Do not give the physical copy to your coach or the AD.
(UPLOAD) RIIL ASSUMPTION OF RISK FORM:
Must be completed one time in a high school career for all athletes
Must be notarized and handed in to the coach or Athletic Director.
Incoming freshman (9th) students and students who have never completed an assumption of risk form must upload their form. Only completed and notarized forms are accepted.
